Yes, at more than 60 of them, and they're free. You unlock one with your phone, by scanning a QR code or sending a text, and there's a ten minute limit inside. Check local times, they vary by station. A few stations have ordinary public restrooms too, including Union Station. If your phone is dead you can't get into the unlockable ones.
