Where are the restrooms at Griffith Observatory?
On every level inside the building, and outside next to the parking lot. Every restroom has a baby changing station.
Are the Griffith Observatory restrooms open when the Observatory is closed?
The parking lot restrooms are on the grounds, which are open 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every day. The Observatory building is closed Mondays and doesn't open until noon on weekdays.
Are there restrooms at the Griffith Park trailhead?
Yes. The Charlie Turner trailhead starts at the north end of the Observatory parking lot, right by the restrooms, and they have drinking fountains.
Are there accessible restrooms at Griffith Observatory?
Yes. There are accessible restrooms on the lower levels and next to the parking lot. The parking lot restrooms are gender-neutral, and the stalls at both ends are accessible with baby changing stations.
