Restrooms at NYC Pride March
Are there restrooms along the NYC Pride March route?
If you're marching, there are porta potties in the staging area. If you're watching, use public restrooms in parks, libraries and waterfront areas near the route.
What's the best location along the route for restrooms?
The Village end is best. Christopher Street and the Hudson River Park piers are within a couple blocks. The Fifth Avenue start has almost nothing nearby.
Can I use a bar or restaurant restroom along the route?
Only as a customer. Restaurants are not required to open restrooms to the public, so expect to buy something.
Are there accessible restrooms at NYC Pride?
Yes. NYC Pride provides accessible portable restrooms and all-gender restrooms with signage. Union Square, the Hudson River Park piers and Jefferson Market Library are fully accessible. Tap the ADA filter.
Is there a way to skip the line at Pride?
NYC Pride sells a Grandstand ticket that includes private restrooms.
