Yes. Around 1,700 toilets are reported across the start villages and corrals at Fort Wadsworth.
Are there restrooms on the course for runners?
Yes. Porta potties every mile from mile 3 to mile 25.

Spectators don't have access to the runner facilities. Switch to the Spectator filter for public options along the route.

Yes. Central Park has public restrooms throughout and all are free, except the one at the Zoo.
