Yes. Runners have porta potties at Athletes' Village, every aid station, and around the finish.
Are there restrooms at the start line itself?
The porta potties are back at Athletes' Village. The start line is a walk away, so go before leaving the village.
Are there restrooms for spectators at the Boston Marathon?
Not from the race. Porta potties are for runners. Spectators need to use public restrooms in towns along the course. Switch to the Spectator filter.
What's the best location along the course for restrooms?
Not the finish. Copley Station closes all day and Prudential Center opens late morning, so there is usually more choice in towns along the route.
Are there accessible restrooms along the Boston Marathon course?
