None that we're aware of on the plaza itself. Plan on going into one of the buildings around it. The market sits in the middle of the Loop so there are several within a couple of blocks.
Where's the nearest restroom to the Christkindlmarket?
Block 37 is directly across Dearborn and it's an indoor mall, so that's the closest. The Chicago Cultural Center is two blocks east on Washington, free to walk into, with restrooms on the first and second floors. Macy's on State Street is two blocks the other way.
What's open when the Christkindlmarket is?
This is the thing to know. The market runs to 8 p.m. most nights and 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The Cultural Center closes at 7 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. at weekends, so the free option is shut for the market's busiest hours. Macy's on State Street stays open latest through December.
Can I use the restroom in the Daley Center?
Not really. The tower behind the market is a working courthouse and everyone without a building ID goes through a security screening to get in. It's closed evenings and weekends, which is most of when the market is busy.
Is there a restroom at the Wrigleyville Christkindlmarket?
Yes. That one is at Gallagher Way next to Wrigley Field, which has its own restrooms and stays open into the evening. It also runs a week longer than Daley Plaza, through December 31.
