Where are the restrooms in the Garden District?
There's no public restroom in the neighborhood, and most of it is houses rather than businesses. Two clusters have what you need. The Rink at Washington Avenue and Prytania Street is a small shopping center with a coffee shop, and it's the one locals point people to mid-walk. Magazine Street along the southern edge is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants, though they're spread out rather than packed together.
What if I'm walking the residential streets?
Plan around it. The blocks of grand houses between St. Charles and Magazine have no businesses at all, so a walking tour of them can run an hour or more with nothing in between. Go before you start, and treat The Rink as the midpoint.
