Where are the public restrooms on the Long Beach waterfront?

The city beaches have them too, at either end of Bay Shore and at the eastern end of the Junipero parking lot. This is a busy tourist stretch as well, so Shoreline Village, the Pike and the hotels and restaurants along the water all have restrooms during opening hours. Whether you need to buy something will vary by business.
Do you need a phone to use the Belmont Pier restroom?
Yes. It's a smart restroom you open by text or app, free, cleaned four times a day, with a ten minute limit. It runs 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., but check local times. If your phone is dead you can't get in, so head for one of the ordinary waterfront restrooms instead.
Can you use the Aquarium of the Pacific restrooms without a ticket?
No, those are inside. But if you have a ticket you can get your hand stamped on the way out and come back, so the free waterfront restrooms are still an option mid-visit.
Where can I change a baby at the Aquarium of the Pacific?
Changing stations are in all restrooms on levels one and two and by Shark Lagoon. There's also a private baby care room inside the first floor women's restroom, near the coffee cart.
Are there accessible restrooms on the Long Beach waterfront?
Yes. The waterfront restrooms have been surveyed as accessible, though the one by the traffic circle at Aquarium Way is front-approach transfer only. Beach access mats are at Alamitos, Mother's and Granada beaches, and beach wheelchairs can be arranged through the city lifeguards.
