No. You can't leave and come back in at any event, so whatever's inside is what you have once you're through the gate.

In all street level restrooms, and on the upper concourse in the men's and women's restrooms at these sections.

Are there restrooms in Exposition Park outside the Coliseum?
Yes, and the museums are better documented than the stadium. The Lucas Museum has multiple single-stall family restrooms on every floor, all wheelchair accessible, though it's closed on Tuesdays. The Natural History Museum has all-gender restrooms and family care lounges on Level 1 near the Welcome Center and Level 2 in the Bird Hall.
Are there family or all-gender restrooms at the Coliseum?
None are published, and the venue map has no symbol for one. Its legend runs men's, women's and guest services. If you need a single-stall or companion space, go to an Accessible Services kiosk rather than hunting. They're at Section 109A, Gate 23, Gate 29 and the West Administration Building.
